Açaí Brazil is a mobile delivery app designed to bring the authentic taste of Brazilian açaí to users in Toronto. The goal of the project was to create a seamless, enjoyable ordering experience that reflects the vibrant culture of Brazil while meeting the needs of busy users.

The design process followed the full UX design cycle (user research and persona creation to wireframes, user flows, and prototype development). Research insights revealed that users valued convenience, customization, and quick delivery. Based on these findings, I designed intuitive navigation, clear product customization options, and a fast checkout flow.

I refined the interface to improve usability and accessibility, ensuring a smooth and delightful experience from selection to delivery.

Process:
User Research: Conducted user interviews and competitor analysis (OAK Berry, Haydn’s Açaí) to understand user needs and market gaps.

Personas: Developed profiles like Laura, a Brazilian student craving a taste of home, and Alex, a fitness enthusiast seeking healthy options.

User Journey & Flow: Mapped out the full ordering experience (from opening the app to receiving delivery) focusing on convenience and customization.
